How we approach window replacement

1. On-site assessment. We measure every opening, evaluate the existing frame and trim, and document the architectural language we need to match.
2. Written specification. A clear scope-of-work covering unit selection, finish color, trim treatment, energy ratings, and price. No surprises.
3. Custom-order lead time. Premium wood and custom-millwork units have lead times of 6-12 weeks; stock units ship in 2-4 weeks. We schedule installation against the actual delivery date.
4. Installation by our crew. One mobilization, our team, full landscaping protection, daily site control, and weather-tight closure each evening.
5. Final walkthrough. We confirm each window operates correctly, verify the seal, install hardware, and leave the site as we found it.
